Not much has been released about the upcoming Watchmen film but we are already getting sneak peaks at what the action figures for the movie might look like.  EW.com is reporting that DC Direct has put the finishing touches on the Watchmen action figures which they intend to debut at the New York Comic Con.  Here are images of two of them and they look pretty damn impressive to me.  I love their take on Nite Owl.

If you have been reading anything that I have been writing over the last few years in either our newsletter or our blog, you will know that I am a big fan of the stuff that Kotobukiya puts out.  I love there 12″ vinyl line, I have most of the Star Wars figures and can’t wait to add the new Indiana Jones vinyl statue to my list.  Today, we found out that they will also be releasing a vinyl statue of Batman for the upcoming Dark Knight movie.  From what we have seen so far, it looks great.  Check it out at Dark Knight Vinyl Statue
